1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Creator.Oryvant websites, applications, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). “Oryvant,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vectrip LLC, the operator of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Creator.Oryvant is a service operated by Vectrip LLC. Questions about this policy or our privacy practices may be sent to admin@vectrip.com.
This policy does not govern third-party websites, social networks, payment providers, or services that you choose to connect. Their own privacy policies apply to their processing.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile details, preferences, and workspace membership.
- Business and brand information: company name, website URL, public website content analyzed at your request, services, audiences, brand colors, logos, fonts, social links, and tone preferences.
- Content: ideas, prompts, drafts, captions, uploaded media, generated text and images, publishing instructions, projects, and feedback.
- Connected-account information: social platform account IDs, page or profile names, connection status, permissions, OAuth access and refresh tokens, and publishing results. We do not ask for or store your social media passwords.
- Subscription information: plan, billing status, transaction references, and limited billing details supplied by our payment processor. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, dates and times, diagnostic logs, error reports, and security events.
- Communications: support requests, survey responses, and other messages you send us.
3. How we use information
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service.
- Analyze websites and brand materials at your direction.
- Generate, edit, schedule, and publish content you request.
- Authenticate users and keep accounts and connected platforms secure.
- Process subscriptions, provide support, and send service-related communications.
- Monitor performance, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.
- Improve features, reliability, accessibility, and user experience.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you, with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as security, support, and product improvement.
4. AI processing
OryvantCreator uses artificial intelligence providers to generate text, images, recommendations, and brand insights. Information you submit may be sent to those providers solely to perform the feature you request, subject to contractual and technical safeguards.
AI output may be inaccurate or resemble other material. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before approving or publishing it. We do not use your private content to train a general-purpose model unless we clearly disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law.
7. Data retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, your settings, contractual commitments, security needs, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Account deletion requests are handled as described in our Data Deletion Instructions. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, credential protections, and row-level account isolation. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Protect your login credentials and notify us promptly if you believe your account or a connected account has been compromised.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or obtain a copy of your personal information.
- Request deletion or restriction of certain processing.
- Object to processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Receive portable data in a commonly used format.
- Appeal a denied privacy request or complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email admin@vectrip.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
10. International data transfers
Oryvant and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards designed to protect personal information across borders.
11. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required in their country. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Service or law changes. We will post the revised policy here, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to admin@vectrip.com. Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in your message.
6. Connected social platforms
When you connect a social account, you authorize OryvantCreator to access the information and perform the actions shown during that platform’s consent flow. This may include reading basic account details, listing pages you manage, and publishing content you approve.
You can disconnect a social account from Settings → Connections. You may also revoke access from the platform itself. Disconnecting stops future access but does not remove content already published to that platform.
